Cancellation Policy

At Mahi Beauty Salon, every appointment is reserved especially for you. When you book a time with us, that time is held only for your service and is not double-booked with another client.

Because our team prepares time, tools, and space for each appointment, last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests make it difficult for us to offer that time to another client. To keep our schedule fair and respectful for both clients and our team, we kindly ask all clients to follow our cancellation policy carefully.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full price of the booked service.

This policy applies to all booked services, including manicure, pedicure, eyebrows, eyelashes, and facial hair removal.
